2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Course Access and Payments

All course purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date. Access to digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, videos, and content remain the exclusive property of Mawave Floristry School. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written permission.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to engage respectfully in all community features. Harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of course resources may result in immediate suspension. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary materials required for hands-on projects.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Mawave Floristry School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
