What learning formats are available?→
We offer in-person studio intensives, live online cohorts, and self-paced video modules. All formats include access to the same curriculum and instructor feedback.
Do I need to bring my own tools and flowers?→
All required tools and premium seasonal flowers are provided during studio sessions. Students receive a recommended supply list for at-home practice.
How long are the certificate programs?→
The Professional Floristry Certificate is 12 weeks full-time or 24 weeks part-time. Shorter masterclasses run from 3 to 5 days.
What is the refund policy?→
Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no modules have been started. Pro-rated refunds apply after the first week.
Can I apply for scholarships or payment plans?→
Yes. We offer merit scholarships and monthly payment plans for qualifying students. Applications are reviewed within 10 business days.
Do you offer live online classes with time zone support?→
Live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. We host sessions in both Pacific and European time zones.
